Return/Exchange Policy

Due to COVID-19 we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have received a defective product please email our customer service at explaining what is wrong with the item(s). After we have reviewed the situation, we will contact you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) and the processes we take to get your item(s) replaced. In order for us to maintain the quality of our products, we will not accept any returns of products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

If defective items are received they must be reported within 48 hrs of receiving the purchase. If the refund is approved, the customer will receive Store Credit only!

Custom Fees:
These fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the package is abandoned due to the customer not paying their customs taxes, we will refund the order MINUS original Shipping and a 10% restocking fee
